day-to-day services necessary to keep tenants satisfied and the investment
property in top condition. We pride ourselves on handling all repairs quickly
and resolving all renter issues satisfactorily.
Electronic Reporting -
MPM believes that paper reports are obsolete. So all of our reports are Excel
or Quickbooks readable and delivered monthly via email. Annual P&Ls are
sent to investors and their tax professionals, if desired. 1099s are completed
to meet tax deadlines.
Credit Screening and Tenant Background Checks - MPM
uses vendors who verify application information, as well as credit reports,
and unlawful detainer databases.
Lease Contracts - MPM's lease contract is
written by an experienced real estate attorney to cover virtually every contingency
that could arise. The lease is clear, specific and non-discriminatory.
